1. All Acer Aspire notebook purchases now come with a two-year warranty as standard.
2. Customer must register their device at AcerCares Warranty Registration Page within 30 days of purchase. To register, customer must submit the following details on the Acer Philippines Facebook page’s two-year warranty portal:
- First Name and Surname
- Valid e-mail address
- Contact number/s
- Home Address
- Serial Number of the purchased laptop qualified in this promo
- Digital or Scanned Copy of Original Receipt
- Digital or Scanned Copy of the laptop box’s Serial Number
- Digital or Scanned Copy of two (2) valid IDs
3. Customer will get a confirmation email and verification call from Acer Customer Care.
This email includes the following:
- 2 year confirmation number
- List of Acer Customer Service Centers and Authorized Service Providers
4. Upon availing of the 2 year warranty, customer must bring a print-out copy of the Confirmation Email and present his two (2) valid IDs to any Acer Customer Service Centers or Authorized Service Providers indicated in the email.
